Graeme Kirk is the Senior Partner and
Head of the Immigration Department of the firm.
He practices at the main office of the firm in Bury St
Edmunds, Suffolk, and also at the firm’s office in
London W1. His practice aims to provide a highly
personal and cost-effective service of the highest
quality to business clients. He has specialised in
Business Immigration Law since 1981, founding and
developing the Immigration practice of Gross & Co,
primarily through recommendations from clients and other
professionals, including UK solicitors and overseas
lawyers.

Since 1981, he has acted for clients
from all over the world, and his current client list
includes international banks, substantial British and
foreign corporations, as well as smaller companies and
entrepreneurs. He acts as Consultant in Immigration Law
to a number of firms of UK solicitors and foreign
lawyers. He deals with all aspects of business
immigration, including Work Permits, Highly Skilled
Migrant Permits, Investors, Innovators, Business and
Self-Employed applications, Sole Representatives,
Independent Means and related family applications. Gross
& Co work closely with chartered accountants and
relocation companies and can offer an experienced
Property Law Service and, through its associates, advice
on tax and relocation.
He is currently Chairman of the Immigration and
Nationality Law Committee of the International Bar
Association. He has spoken at conferences and seminars
in the UK and all over the world and has regularly
lectured to other English solicitors for Central Law
Training. He is also a member of the Immigration Law
Practitioners Association, and a member of the Law
Society Immigration Law Panel. |
